The world favourite Protoveg Sosmix is available again at http://www.alternativestores.com
Vegetarians & Vegans were horrified to learn direct foods had been sold & to find that the new owners Symingtons had scrapped our sosmix and replaced it with a new dried sausage mix which contains milk & egg. Vegans were upset but so were veggies as the new product tasted "horrible".
Save Our Sosmix was launched and thousands of veggies & vegans signed the petitions & complained to the new owners.
Eventually Symingtons agreed to remove the milk & egg from the new recipie product but it just isnt Sosmix.
Luckily we managed to get hold of a large amount of catering packs and produced great value 1kg bags of Sosmix.
We have no idea how long current supplies will last but have also found some great replacement burger mix & sausage mixes - all vegan & tasty too.

I to was very upset about the sale of Direct Foods. They have been a staple of the veggie/vegan world for years. Lets hope Symingtons come their senses and return Sos mix to it's former glory.
